The role
You'll focus on one thing: winning new business. That means identifying, engaging, and closing customers in the SaaS and HR-tech space. You own the full sales cycle, from first touch to signed deal, working closely with stakeholders on both sides of the table.
Your work directly shapes Alva's growth and changes how organizations around the world make hiring decisions. If that sounds like a worthy challenge, here's what you'll actually do.
What you'll do
• Hunt. Find and pursue new business opportunities in the SaaS market. You're expected to generate 50% of your own pipeline. Nobody's handing you a list.
• Drive pipeline. Generate and manage pipeline end-to-end. You own the numbers.
• Run complex deals. Navigate multi-stakeholder sales involving HR, legal, procurement, and security.
• Translate needs into solutions. Understand what customers actually need and position Alva as the best fit.
• Communicate value clearly. Present Alva's product in a way that sticks. No jargon, no fluff.
• Work cross-functionally. Collaborate tightly with marketing and product to align on strategy and market needs.
• Keep the CRM clean. Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Your future self will thank you.
• Improve the machine. Contribute to how Alva Labs sells, not just what they sell. Sales process, GTM strategy, all of it.
Your profile
You've done this before.... proven results as an Account Executive focused on new business, with a solid background in SaaS sales and full ownership of the sales cycle. You've navigated complex, stakeholder-heavy deals and know how to drive value in environments where the product isn't a commodity.
Around 3 to 5 years of commercial experience across sales, customer success, or consulting. Fluent in both Swedish and English (that's a must).
Bonus points if you've worked in HR-tech, recruitment software, or psychometrics. But it's not a dealbreaker.
