About the role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team and take ownership of cloud and platform environments as we scale our SaaS platform.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure and DevOps pipelines. You will work hands-on together with the development and operations team to maintain production stability and enable efficient delivery.

You will join a senior DevOps team consisting of two Senior DevOps Engineers and one Senior DBA, working collaboratively across multiple locations.

What you'll do

Cloud & Platform Management

• Manage and operate Kubernetes workloads with best practices for scalability and resilience

• Maintain and develop our cloud environments (Azure and others)

• Work with ingress solutions such as NGINX (or equivalent)

DevOps & CI/CD

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and environments

• Support and troubleshoot build and deployment workflows

• Work closely with developers to streamline delivery processes

Hosting & Infrastructure

• Manage server hosting and virtualized infrastructure (VMs)

• Perform performance tuning and optimization

• Maintain backup solutions and ensure reliability

Operations & Incident Management

• Monitor systems, clusters, and infrastructure proactively

• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting

• Collaborate closely with development teams during incidents and changes

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or operations in production environments

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working with both Windows and Linux environments

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production environments

• Experience with virtual machines and certificate management

Nice-to-have

• GitOps practices

• Cloud security knowledge

• Experience with Grafana or OpenStack

You take ownership of your work, care about quality, and approach problems in a structured and analytical way. You are comfortable working in production environments where reliability matters. At the same time, you’re curious and motivated to explore new technologies and continuously improve how things are done.
