Due to continued success in the Nordics, Coface are looking for two new colleagues to drive sales and customer relations forward. A role that requires you to apply your impressive communication skills across all levels of organizations, both internally and externally. These roles are new, confirming the opportunity to join a growing and expansive environment in the Nordics.
Job description
Based in the Stockholm office and reporting directly to the Head of Mid-Market, you will be commercially responsible to expand Coface’s impressive portfolio of potential clients. Working from a Nordic perspective, you will become part of a dedicated Nordic organization and collaborate daily with both Nordic and international stakeholders.
Your primary tasks will be:
• Structure and engage sales activities aligned with defined budget expectations
• Expand the customer portfolio – identifying potential in the market and applying various promotional and sales activities to pursue new business
• Developing customers – capitalizing on potential growth opportunities
• Continuously monitor, analyze and update performance, pipeline, growth opportunities and trends in the market
• Actively participate and contribute in sales related campaigns – including exhibitions and road shows
Your background
This role is custom made for a person with a proven ability to generate results in a collaborative work culture. We are therefore looking for candidates with previous sales/customer relations experience with a strong desire to deliver, impact and succeed in ensuring customer satisfaction and growth. Aside from a strong desire to continually contribute towards business growth, relevant candidates shall display the following:
•Relevant education and /or experience from working within the financial sector.
•B2B sales experience.
•A track record of delivering, tracing, and following up various sales activities.
•A solid understanding of how to secure and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
•An ability to adapt your communication skills according to the context and level of complexity required.
•Professional fluency in both Swedish and English.
