Job Description
We are looking for a quality-focused and committed administrator to become a key part of a diverse team who together ensures smooth and accurate processes for clients. Key tasks range from managing daily interactions with banks and issuers via email and phone, reviewing and quality-assuring documentation to participating in various processes related to issuances and payments. Guiding clients in financial transactions and contributing to the development and improvement of internal processes will also be part of the role.
Work tasks are varied, and the group operate on a rotating schedule ensuring all team members get broad insight into various tasks. Initially, you will focus on the team’s daily assignments, but over time you will have the opportunity to also learn tasks within the Equity Services group.
Qualifications and Qualities
We are looking for someone who is admired for their thoroughness and structure, you are proactive flexible and collaborative. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required as is a genuine interest in developing your knowledge of the financial and securities market. A university degree is an advantage but not required. From a career perspective, we envisage candidates who are recent graduates eager to grow and perform.

About the Company
Euroclear Sweden has been a central player in the Swedish financial market for over 50 years and has been part of the international Euroclear Group since 2008. Through its digital securities system, the company manages the settlement of securities and cash, placing Euroclear at the centre of daily trading on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and other marketplaces.
Euroclear Sweden’s office is located in attractive, modern, highly central premises, employing around 150 people as well as many consultants. The Fixed Income Service Team consists of eight employees.
