Senior Analytics Engineer to Alva Labs

What Alva Labs is looking for
Strong technical background in data architecture, ETL processes, and data modeling
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python
Experience implementing data governance practices and monitoring data quality
Strong problem-solving skills
Collaborative mindset — you enjoy working cross-functionally with product, design, engineers, and researchers
Bonus if you have:
A track record of leading data-driven projects and initiatives
Experience developing and executing data strategies aligned with business objectives

What you'll do

Continuously improve tools and processes for scalability, performance, and reliability
