What you’ll do
In one sentence: Deliver insights that drive product and business decisions.
Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor product performance, hiring funnel metrics, and data quality
Ensure metrics are well documented and aligned with business definitions
Partner with stakeholders to design experiments, analyse results, and recommend data-driven next steps
Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and transformations in collaboration with the data engineering team
Conduct ad-hoc analyses that inform strategic decisions and generate insights
Communicate findings clearly through written summaries, visualisations, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels

Dashboards & Visualization: Metabase, Lightdash
Data Platform: Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Run, Docker, Terraform
